Some of you might already know that I cooked some Swiss dishes for lunch.

In this entry I bring you some pictures, but more importantly the English recipes for the two desserts:

Chocolate Cream (4P)
Put 1 tablespoon of corn starch in a pan, add 600ml of milk and stir until the starch is completely dissolved. Cut 90g of dark, light bitter chocolate in small pieces and add to the milk. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and to stirred eggs. Cook it up, and stir the whole time. Put it immediately into a bowl and let it cool down. Stir gently from time to time. Then serve it in bowls with apples or oranges.

Hot Spice Chocolate (4P)
Ingredients:
8 dl milk
2 cinnamon sticks
4 star anise
150 g extra dark bittersweet chocolate, 78% cocoa
Sugar to taste
Bring the milk containing the halved cinnamon sticks and the stern anise to the boil. Simmer gently for 5 minutes on a low heat. Remove from the hob and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Remove the spices.
Bring the milk back to the boil. Break up the chocolate and dissolve into the hot milk. Heat up once more. Sweeten to taste. Pour into cups. Garnish with spices and serve immediately.
